Professional Activities

Dr. Beatty applies her expertise in organizational change in academia, as well as in the field: she is an active teacher, scholar, writer and consultant.

She leads professional education seminars at the Queen's Industrial Relations Centre, of which she is Director; and teaches in the Queen's Schools of Business, Industrial Relations and Policy Studies.

Her scholarly research advances academic knowledge on a variety of subjects, including what makes high performance teams.

Dr. Beatty is the noted author of three “must-read” books, and she is a contributor to numerous prestigious journals. As well, she provides consulting services to an impressive roster of public and private sector organizations.
